Job Description

As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and convert opportunities into revenue. You’ll guide SMB prospects through simple sales cycles, manage smaller deals independently, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve inbound conversion.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, weekends off
Work setup: Onsite, Calle 97A, Bogotá, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in B2B inside sales, inbound sales, or lead qualification roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to guide SMB prospects through simple sales cycles
  • Experience handling high volumes of inbound leads while managing multiple opportunities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Apollo (or similar tools), and social media lead sources (Meta, Instagram)
  • Packaging, printing, or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident handling discovery and light closing conversations

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via email, phone, and social media
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls using the MEDDIC framework
  • Assess fit, urgency, and potential spend to determine ICP alignment
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Manage smaller deals end-to-end, including quoting and follow-ups
  • Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives for deal completion
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Apollo with timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the Director of Sales to improve inbound conversion and lead flow

Success Metrics

  • Number of inbound opportunities qualified per week
  • Revenue generated from small accounts
